About me
Previously working under the name “Yuansterdays,” Megan Hills is a fine artist, illustrator, and art educator with an international background. She earned her MFA from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco in 2016. After graduating, she participated in both solo and group exhibitions while teaching art at a private middle school in the San Francisco Bay Area.
She later continued her career as an art educator with global art education agencies and international schools in China, while also creating commissioned artworks. In 2021, Willow, a children’s book illustrated by Megan, was published.
In 2024, after a year spent settling back in the United States with her husband, she officially transitioned her artist signature from Yuansterdays to Megan QH.

As an artist with background in illustration, I creates fine art painting as a "storyteller". Though in my career, I have been practicing art in both traditional medium like oil and watercolor, and digital tablet. My passion lies in evoking a sense of wonder and emotion, ensuring each piece tells a story while staying rooted in contemporary impressionism.
